GDC Supports South Korea’s Abortion Laws Revision

In response to a request from one of our members in South Korea, Global Doctors for Choice provided a letter of solidarity.  We supported the South Korean Constitutional Court’s intent to review abortion laws and urged them to the remove of Articles 269 and 270 of the Criminal Code in order to decriminalize abortion, and amend the Mother and Child Health Law to allow for abortions for social and economic reasons.  Read More
