FIGO Published GDC/Ghana’s CO Study

Global Doctors for Choice/Ghana’s research findings that assessed the prevalence of conscientious objection (CO) to abortion provision in Northern Ghana and the acceptability of policies to regulate CO were published by the highly respected International Journal of Gynecology and Obstetrics.

While the study discovered that the rate of CO was high, it also found that providers recognized the need for and supported policies to regulate CO.
