GDC Supports Dr. Karanja

Recently Dr. Joseph Karanja of Kenyan Doctors for Choice advocated for the reinstatement of Kenyan Ministry of Health guidelines.   Unfortunately he received backlash from sources that had incorrectly interpreted his efforts.

Many of us with GDC shared our support of his dedication to increase access to safe abortion services and decrease morbidity and mortality due to unsafe abortion, including this letter from Dr. Tlaleng Mofokeng with GDC/South Africa and this letter from Dr. Koku Awoonor-Williams with GDC/Ghana.
