This document gathers the experience of how the regional consensus on the health exception clause in abortion was constructed. The analysis seeks to understand this experience around the decisions, both technical and political, that led to consensus building, in such a way that it can be used by other organizations that hope to build consensus in other diverse advocacy areas.
