This USAID, PEPFAR, and Health Policy Project brief is “designed to provide leaders of civil society organizations (CSOs) with guidance on working within networks and coalitions to advocate for improved family planning, HIV care and treatment, and maternal health policies and programs by 1. developing relationships and alliances with other CSOs and relevant stakeholders, 2. building new coalitions and networks, 3. strengthening existing coalitions and networks, 4. engaging in collective advocacy, and 5. launching advocacy campaigns.
